We are making changes to our Arrival and Dismissal Procedures!
•We begin on May 13 (this allows time to practice and make adjustments if needed)
•During ARRIVAL, all parents who drop off their student in the classroom, will check into the office first. The office has a few "visitor" badges that we will use.
•Student drop off in the South parking lot does not change. No adults, other than staff, should enter through the South doors.
•During Dismissal, students will load in the same spot they have been loading, but they will stand in an area next to the building that will be clearly marked with paint/cones/stanchion. Then, the parking lot that is gated off, will be used to create additional space for the flow of traffic. Gates will open up and create space for an extended loop.
We will have a sign posted in the South parking lot with the changes as well. We hope the change will go smoothly and appreciate your support and flexibility.
